Had a really really nice stay for the price. I was pleased with newly furnished and nicely decorated room, which was complete with a'accessible' bathroom which was huge. The location was magnificent and beautiful, so close to the restaurants to the Aurora spa, loved this place.

in relation to the good price paid, it was incredible place to stay with exceptional service. the hotel's staff were very helpful and excellent all the time. we enjoyed a good restaurant. the vibe here was cosy. everything was simply brand-new.

The rooms here are wonderful and newly furnished with a balcony. The restaurant food is outstanding, and the breakfast offered is above average with barista coffee.

Got heritage king room with terrace when arrived, loved that. The terrace restaurant was beautiful, they served fabulous food.

Its location in Sorrento was best possible, near to shops, beach and restaurants, Sorrento and restaurants. The rooms were well-equipped and had a convenient layout.

Light, reasonably large room with a private bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. Alcoholic drinks at downstairs bar, amazing service.

The breakfast spread was good, and the bed was comfortable enough. The hotel was situated in the heart of the city and was easily accessible by public transport. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our city getaway. the view of the city from the upper floors was breathtaking and memorable.

The parking fee was expensive and was not clearly stated on the hotel website. the lack of transportation options such as a courtesy bus made it inconvenient to explore other parts of the city outside of the hotel's vicinity.

This hotel was an exquisite experience of luxury and opulence. The exclusive amenities were top-notch, with the Spa centre being the highlight of my visit. The Swimming pool breathtaking with sun loungers for ultimate relaxation. Delicious food from the Restaurant and poolside snack bar satisfied my appetite. The location was highly convenient and provided easy access to nearby landmarks.

The only minor issue was that the public bath wasn't accessible due to maintenance work. However, the staff provided prompt and friendly service that neutralized any negative experience.

Central Location is great, you can walk everywhere within minutes. the design of the rooms is beautiful, cozy and with great finishes. the food is really yummy. Breakfast was a highlight for us, and the lunches and dinners were also delicious.

The price of the parking, which we had to pay upon leaving the hotel, was a bit steep for just one night. we had a problem with noise in the room.
